Small hairs on carpet and bathroom floor. The hair might have been from an animal. Staff was friendly.

Receptionist is not friendly and pleasant. Toilet bowl is very low and no rail to hold on. Is hard to seat on and get up especially for the elderly. See picture below. No breakfast provided and no even a cup of cafe. No swimming pool. Not recommended.
