Location is excellent. Only a few blocks to Paddington Station. Breakfast was good. Very small bathroom but clean. No air conditioning but that's not unusual for the area. Desk person was very helpful with answers to my questions. No elevator.

I read reviews of the fourth floor w no elevator and figured I was fine with that. But holy cow. The stars into the top floor are like an attic. Nearly impossible to drag your suitcase up. Beds old, pillows flat, staff not very friendly. It was FINE. But was happy to leave.
