The hotel is in a perfect location for us and the staff are some of the best we've ever met when travelling. One of the main reasons we keep coming back to this hotel are because of how we are treated there. They really do the company proud. Congratulations on have such a great team there

The room was clean, neat and modern. It was a bit small, but perfect for a solo traveller. The desk staff were nice and friendly. The location is excellent. A stone’s throw from Paddington, felt safe and lots of options for food and drink.

The service is friendly, but not pro-active. When we returned to the hotel late evening, we discovered there was no power in the sockets. We left a note at reception asking them to turn on the circuit breaker, but nothing happened until the next morning, so I had to go back to reception in the morning and remind them of my request. This is rather odd, considering it only takes a minute to fix the problem. The receptionist was friendly and allowed us a slightly late checkout as compensation for the inconvenience.
