Modern hotel with beautiful rooftop terrace and dining facilities. Although we didnt eat, the food looked amazing and the restaurants were full. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Coffee shop with lovely pastries in foyer. Our room was clean, spacious and had everything required, fridge, safe, iron & hairdryer. A short walk to Westfields for shopping and the trains. Ideal location. Would stay here again.

Rooms were clean. Property is conveniently located next to a train station which is ideal. Staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurant on the 18th floor has great food but is quite costly! Overall my stay was great!

Wonderful stay

Very much enjoyed our stay! Room was amazing (we got given an upgrade) bed was very comfortable, lovely shower. Excellent location (we went to see Abba Voyage). Great breakfast and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice, clean, pleasant hotel.

Nice room, clean and pleasant. The tea and coffee selection was vast but not enough of the ones you liked, had to visit reception for refills if you wanted more that 1 cup per day and we drink different drinks. We didn’t use the restaurants as we had plans already, but they looked nice. The soul food and music venue looked good and I would visit again if I was able to book a music event that I like there. All the staff we saw were pleasant and attended to our needs.

Wonderfully designed and decorated new hotel. Large rooms with excellent bathroom facilities. Loved the corridors. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Air con excellent. Lovely, attentive reception staff on arrival and departure. Similarly, the bar and restaurant staff were equally attentive. The only downside was the very loud music from the club on the ground floor which drowned out the lounge music in the cocktail bar on the first floor - the fusion did not work for me!

Almost top marks, not quite

Actually good value hotel given London prices, but STK restaurant seemed very expensive. The food was good but cost too much. But nice spacious room and very comfortable.
