Room was good. Staff polite. Bar at 11.00 pm was very inadequate. No snacks, crisps, peanuts etc, available. Expected better at this hotel. Only one lift working for ten floors, long delays in the morning. The reception/breakfast area feels and looks like a hostel.

Room was excellent reception staff polite, courteous and very helpful. Food was good and hot, portion size for the noodles was large and really felt full after. Only downside was felt like the matress need turning as felt slightly lower on one side. The cleaner knocked on the door so put my jeans on and he let himself in even though we both called out. I stopped him at the door and said could we just have a hoover round, he said ok and never saw him again. Also no glasses in the bathroom to use water after brushing teeth.The mattress i should have told reception to be fair otherwise i would with out hesitation stay there again. Spotless rooms, fantastic staff and hot food was filling and loved the breakfast. I rarely give 5 stars as there is always improvements in any business or service so maybe 4.8 stars.
Halway view through spy hole in the room door. Didn't take any as wasn't expecting to put on a review.

It worths it, very clean, quiet and affordable. I struggled with the heater, was unable to change it to heather at it was on ac, no instruction on how to call reception from intercom.
