Location was perfect for an early next morning trip from Kings Cross station. Room was clean, bathroom and shower were good. Room was small, as expected, but was adequate for two persons /one night. A/C was a missing element (room only provided with an oscillating fan). Not sure that was mentioned in the room details before booking. Lots of building construction near the hotel that took away from the nice park across the street from hotel entry.

Nice hotel conveniently located within a couple of minutes of Euston station. The hotel overlooks an open space and is very quiet.
