The host was very welcoming and the flat was lovely! So cozy and clean. Ed and his family were so amazingly gracious and generous. The amenities were nice and the location perfect to touch off to any part of London. If you stay around the local area, you can also enjoy great offerings such as Mio Restaurant and Bar. The apartment was in a great, secure location... wonderful pubs, restaurants and shops around the corner. Easy walk to Victoria or Pimlico stations - and even Hyde Park.The apartment was clean with a well- stocked kitchen (appliances, pots, pans, utensils, etc.) having a washer/dryer was great and loved the heated drying rack.Having an extra pullout was nice for the 1 night our friend stayed - or had our daughter come, that would have been fine and private enough for sleep time (had a door and black out curtains).Overall, very comfortable and cozy.

Fantastic stay in Westminster! Ed was a great host and very easy to communicate with. Super responsive. Caraline was prompt to help us get checked in on the day of our arrival. Nice quiet neighborhood. Safe. Easy to access the Tube right down the street. Close enough to walk to Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abby, Big Ben, Churchill Museum. I would definitely stay here again if we make another trip back to London.

Great Apartment

The apartment was clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed for our 11 days in London. Ed was very responsive and check in/out was a breeze. Bed was comfortable and the apartment is located close to St.James Park tube line and we took that almost everywhere we went in London. Easy access to get around! We picked up groceries at Waitrose or Pimlico grocery which was 10 min walk. We also enjoyed Fish and Chips a short 5 min walk at a pub called, The Barley Mow! Very enjoyable! Ed and his sister Caraline were beyond accommodating with an early check-in for our stay, including welcome bubbles! The flat was spacious and everything was easy to find, including a grocery store and all nearby transit stations. Would not hesitate to book again.

This property has everything you need for a London stay. The apartment is located a short walk from the Pimlico tube station and several bus stops, along with a large Sainsburys grocery and various other shops. The unit is on the 4th floor with an elevator and has a small balcony that was an added bonus. Both the kitchen and bathroom have been renovated and have everything you need for your stay. Our host was responsive and had someone meet us on the first day which was much appreciated. We would love to stay here again on future trips to London.

A Lot in a Small Package

Just the right size for two travelers, this place packs a lot in a small package. Kitchen and bathroom are modern. Comfortable bed. And screaming WiFi should you need it. Hosting is a family affair for the owner. They are all about communication, so the check-in was pleasant and comprehensive. This flat is in a safe neighborhood, from what I can tell - and I look for things to worry about. It’s within walking distance to anything you want to see, do or eat. And if you don’t want to walk, Pimlico and Victoria Stations are only a few minutes away. Highly recommend.
