Very good standard hotel quite central to London. Very easy access to the subway. Could have used a few more amenities in the room, but it was pretty good already. Would have preferred a handheld shower.

The hotel is in a great location very close to the tube and Kensington Park. It was easy to walk around to see many sites. The staff were very nice and helpful. And the room was a great size for solo travel. The bed was really comfortable as well. And the AC was perfect for escaping the weekend heat.

We were in a basement room that had recently been refurbished so it was very modern and clean. Air con was superb in the recent heatwave. Staff were friendly too. Only marked down because the lift was in maintenance mode to our basement room so we had to haul luggage up and down some random steps and that we were in the basement. Perfect location for Hyde Park gigs. Would definitely stay again.
