Convenient key pckup at walkable distance from the apartment.
Excellent location. Close to Victoria Station, a variety of restaurants, pubs and grocery shops. (Definitely check out The Artist Residence for breakfast.) Walking distance from Buckingham Palace and easy access to other major attractions.
Bed was comfortable and all appliances necessary for a short or longer term stay. Furniture, cookware and utensils could use updating.
Excellent communications with Emily and the rest of the team prior to and during our time in London.
Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.
Management Team were great and for $20, met me at flat to check-in as I had a lot of luggage, worth it! Also helpful with questions prior and during stay. Sleeps 3, but we were charged extra for 3rd bedding? Linens should be provided. TV reception was pixilated, should look into that. No Iron provided, part of amenities. Soft furniture could use new fill, comfortable sofa pillows. Closet full of bedding, no room for guest items. Suggest luggage rack or additional storage, leaving closet free. Overall, great location and neighborhood. Convenient for shopping, dining and Tube.
We enjoyed our stay there as the location was excellent. However, on arrival the place was not very clean & there was a major plumbing problem which resulted in the kitchen being flooded. The problem was sorted quickly....next day....but we had to prove that we were not responsible This was resolved when management visited us at our request. As we could not use the property for nearly 24hrs we felt we should have been compensated as we had to clean up the mess.
Overall a pleasant stay in a good location
The apartment location was wonderful. Easy walk to a variety of cafes, shops and services. Quick buslinks to move further afield. Yet flat itself had a great neighbourhood feel. Lots to like about Pimlico.
This flat suited my husbands & my needs well. We love Pimlico - our daughter and family live here; itâs a delightful area, and thereâs easy access to so much we love do in London. Weâve stayed in many flats in the area and this one is among the best. Itâs on the ground floor (i.e., no stairs), is charming and well appointed, and both the kitchen and bathroom function well. Weâll definitely return.
