You couldn’t get better than this!
Wonderful ground floor two bedroom apartment, with en-suite bathroom and one shower room/cloakroom. Spacious bright open-plan living area, with all the machines. The location of this property makes the apartment quite unique- you are literally moments from the tube station and some of the best shops and yet the apartment is peaceful and quiet. In a very upmarket area of London, with numerous cafes, bars and pubs just around the corner. It is a short walk away from Portobello Road and Notting Hill Gate. Clean and fresh decor, light wooden flooring, carpeted master bedroom, top quality bedlinen. Looking out to some of the most expensive real estate in London, and greenery. You will be utterly amazed at how close you are to everything LONDON has to offer. Holland Park is just a five minute walk away. Wireless Internet included. An easy and stressfree time and so nice to come home to. * please note the washing machine and tumble dryer featured in the photos have now been replaced with European machines.

Great location, beautiful apartment, fantastic family stay in London

This beautiful appartement is well located next to Holland Park station. It is at walking distance from Portobello Road/Notting Hill. Many good restaurants and fine food store around. We’ve had a fantastic family stay in London. We’ll be back soon! Thank you Yvonne.

Petit magasin pour les courses et un pub plus que sympas le Castel Ă  30 seconde de l’appartement ou les biĂšres sont excellentes et ou les plats sont excellents. We had a wonderful stay in London over Christmas. Eve was an amazing host. She was super sweet and helpful and went out of her way to make our stay delightful. The property was perfect for our family of four. It was clean, comfortable and in a perfect location; close to the tube. There was even a small Christmas tree in the flat to make it feel more like home to us over the holiday. I highly recommend this property. I hope to return on my next visit to London.

Can’t say enough good things about this apartment. The location was perfect - metro right on the corner, grocery one street over. Neighborhood very nice and safe feeling. The host met us to give us a walk-thru. Very kind and welcoming. She also had provided everything needed (paper products, basic toiletries etc.) The apartment was spotless. Would definitely come back!

This was my second time staying here! The flat is fantastic - it’s just as pictured, spacious, clean and so comfortable! The location can’t be beat - just around the corner from a tube stop. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Yvonne is a fantastic host - I would absolutely recommend this flat to everyone who wants a great place to stay in London!

We had an amazing stay. The apartment was perfect for 2 adults and two 18 year olds. Close to underground station. Many shops right around the corner. Eve was very sweet! The neighborhood by the underground station was a little undesirable, but I would still stay there again!

Perfect location

We stayed 8 nights. The apartment was perfectly located- tube station, market, cafes. We walked to Nottinghill, Portobello Road, restaurants, Holland Park. Eve, our host, was lovely and very helpful. Will definitely stay here again in future trips.

Very pleasant stay in a great location

We had a great stay as a family in Eve's flat. The location of the house in Notting Hill is great. Safe and ideal for trips into the city by tube. The support from Eve helped us a lot. We can recommend the accommodation.

Winter stay in Holland Park

Wonderful, cozy apartment in an upscale walkable neighborhood. Around the corner from the Holland Park tube station, and several nice places to eat within two blocks. Two bedrooms and two baths - perfect for our family with two teenagers. Communication with host was great- she met us to let us in, and even brought by fresh flowers. Very nice to have a clothes washer and dryer.

Lovely flat in an excellent location. Just as presented in the listing. Warm and light, great transport links, very comfortable stay. Would definitely return for future stays. Communication with the host was also very easy and friendly.
