Hotel is very nice and the staff are very accommodating and attentive. Good restaurants available and rooms are great. Only complaint is the outside area (being in LA it’s a given) is full of homeless, trash and all around unsafe feeling

My stay here was decent overall, but there were several downsides that made it less enjoyable than expected. The room itself was good, clean, and comfortable, but the service definitely left a lot to be desired. Customer service was pretty mid they didn’t bring fresh towels to the room or send housekeeping to clean during our stay, which was disappointing. The area around the hotel also didn’t feel the safest, definitely on the rougher side, which made it a bit uncomfortable going in and out. On top of that, the convenience store behind the check-in desk was insanely overpriced. I grabbed 2 Gatorades, 1 Fiji water, and a Diet Pepsi, and it came out to $31. The front desk lady didn’t even tell me the total beforehand she just charged me. If I had known, I definitely would’ve just walked to 7-Eleven down the street and paid a fraction of that. Plus, the hotel restaurants are also overpriced and on top of that you need a reservation just to get in, which makes it inconvenient if you’re just trying to grab a quick meal during your stay. Overall, the hotel itself is fine if you just need a place to crash, but between the poor service, overpriced store and restaurants, and sketchy area, I can’t really recommend it unless you’re only focused on the room.

I was disappointed that only one restaurant was open. The Level 8 restaurants are open from Thursday to Sunday. The valet is also understaffed.
