Things are complicated in every possible way. You can’t take the elevator from your floor to the ground level. You have to transfer elevators at the 9th or 34th floor. It’s nearly impossible to figure out how to use the sink or lights. The toilet is basically in your bedroom. Poor design overall that leads to a confusing user experience.

Super clean new and convenient location for visiting USC. I enjoyed the stay very much. Also the staff were very nice especially Ashley at the front desk and Maribels in housekeeping. The blue lane coffee shop and midway rental are both conveniently located too. This hotel and location beats Ritz near by and also USC hotel for sure!

While the rooms (2) were clean, they smelled a bit like body oder. No one ever amswered the front desk calls from the room even though the staff was not busy. I had to go in person to the desk. Read the small print about the hotel keeping $40 from the incidentals deposit. That was my mistake! You need to spend it regardless of need.
