I wrote a lengthy email to the manager on the day that I checked out of the hotel. I have heard back from no one. My main issues are 1) lack of housekeeping leading people to dump their garbage in community garbage cans near the elevators, causing wretched smell for the first several days. 2) pot smoke was being pumped into our room through the ventilation system at all hours of the night. One night it was so bad that we woke up with raw throats and burning eyes. I don’t want any kind of smoke being pumped into my room when I’m trying to sleep 3) we use the workout facility one time. Upon walking in there, it was 83° with sun blaring through the windows. The thermostat was locked and there was no way to cool the room. It was almost intolerable. We called the front desk immediately and they said they would see if they could do something about it. We worked out for 40 minutes and no one ever did anything about it.

They charged me for the breakfast even though I showed them I had a free breakfast each day, and they also had a car parking charge on it as well. Nothing was said to me when checking out , I saw the extra charges after I was home and looked at email. Im glad I saw that. But some people might not.

I was charged for my breakfast by the hotel even though i had a free breakfast credit because I booked through expedia. This hotel adds in expenses way beyond normal hotels in the area. Be aware

The rooms lacked sufficient lighting. My thermostat needed to be adjusted every day by the front desk. The hot items on the breakfast buffet were cold and the choices were minimal. The valet people were very nice and some of the staff were kind and helpful.

A Little disappointed that housekjeeping was only every other day. When you pay this much for 3 night stay a daily refresh and towel service should be expected. They came on my last day which isn't very helpful. Not sure that I will be back

My daughter and I stayed for two nights to attend a concert at the Rose Bowl Stadium. It was an excellent location to walk 20 minutes to the Parsons garage to connect with the free shuttle to the stadium. However, we had to change rooms due to a broken toilet, only to discover that the toilet was broken in the next room too but we managed with this particular challenge. The bathroom doors are made of glass and are barn door style which provides little privacy. This was an an issue for my daughter. The bed mattress was somewhat older in our second room which did not bode too well for my spinal arthritis. However, the staff were friendly enough when approached. We loved sitting in the lobby lounge and eating from their smaller menu which was delicious, or taking the food to our room. It made our schedule easier having this convenience. Breakfast is not worth the money but we had a fridge in our room so we brought in some of our own food and were able to get free tea/coffee from the lounge in the morning.
