The staff were curtious. great location. Dropped off my rental car and had a short walk to the Hilton Garden Inn LAX. Could not reserve a seat on the shuttle and so took the 7:00 shuttle instead of the 7:30 shuttle. No line to stand in, just hopped on and off. Operationg the TV and finding CNN was a lot easier than the Best Western Plus. Modern but not so high tech that only a Gen-Z can get thing to work. Ate at Dennys about a 5 minute walk on the same side of Century Blvd.

The room smelled like urine. The people staying next to us stayed up all night having way too much fun. I stayed here 10 years ago and it was beautiful now it seems to high priced for what you get. If you order door dash make sure they know EXACTLY what hotel as they often (as I was told) take your food to another hotel. Needed a deep cleaning. But, hey, the shampoo and conditioner is good. Would not recommend and will be taking this hotel off my list of places to stay.
