Great location, clean rooms

We did a quick overnight stay for an event at universal. The staff was super friendly, the location was perfect, room was basic, but clean and had what we needed to shower, sleep, and relax after a long day.

Horrible property. Room was filthy, I found a loose screw, hair all over the walls, very tiny rooms, no bathtub. Chipping paint, everything was broken and had wood wedges underneath. Would not recommend.

Not for the weak

We went on a family trip and stayed for 3 days. The room smelled clean, but was not clean at all. Definitely would not stay here again. Staff is very nice, but the rooms need a severe deep clean and paint job. The room was extremely small. The linen and towels were covered in long dark hair, it was everywhere!

Despite this 1 star motel being dated and in need of a full makeover, the location is across the street from a Target store, bike trail, and walking distance to Burbank Porto’s bakery and restaurants.

Stay away from this location

My wife and i travel a decent amount. We have stayed in some amazing places, and some ok places. This place has by far been the worst experience of all. Upon arrival into the parking lot, we were immediately told to not park in the front parking lot due to lack of space which there were plenty of parking spots available. But because of the size of our vehicle, we were told to park around the backside to where we couldn't even see our vehicle in our room. We walk into the lobby and it takes at least ten minutes for one of the staff members to come in and get our reservation started. We got our room key, open the door and while the fragrance was relatively pleasant. It was overpowering and punched us in the face. The room seemed dirty and felt dirty. I took off my shoes and took 2 steps onto the carpet and it stained. The bottom of my socks, picture included. We had to go to the store to pick up sanitizing and cleaning products, and pretty much wiped down the entire room and bathroom. Stains and smudges all over the walls. It appears as though the ceiling had water damage and was stained yellow. Bathroom is old and outdated. Didnt even want to try to shower. Just an overall terrible experience at this location. For the money i paid, i expect much more from a Travelodge by Wyndham. I will never return to this location

Staff was very friendly courteous. Room itself was shabby and out dated. electrical outlets covers were flimsy. Furniture falling apart,drawers coming open on their ow, paint on the carpet paint on fixtures on the wall,Photos held to the wall by a exposed screw sticking out of beneath it, shower took forever to warm up and had low water pressure. Carpet seemed extremely old and outdated that didn't sit flat. The room itself seem to clean but there were scuff marks on everything. You get what you pay for for, the price it was acceptable.
