"I booked during spring break. The resort does not respect the rights of non-spring break guests. It is really unfortunate. THey let the kids disrepect other guests, very unhappy with how hey handled a spring breaker throwing a drink in my grandaughters face. Very disappointed."

Since the hotel only opened in December 2025, everything felt brand new and exceptionally clean — from the lobby to the rooms. Our room was spotless, well-organized, and very comfortable. You can tell the staff takes great pride in maintaining the property. We opted for the breakfast-only package, and it was exactly what we needed to start each day. The restaurant staff and lobby team were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the rooftop — the pool and the view of the city were absolutely amazing. It was the perfect place to relax and take it all in. We traveled as a couple and really appreciated the calm and relaxing environment. Compared to large all-inclusive resorts, this boutique hotel offers a much more peaceful and personal atmosphere.
