"Royal Solaris was a great resort. The first room we were assigned had a toilet issue. They attempted to fix it but it continued to make a shrieking noise. We were then quickly assigned a different room. The rooms are spacious and clean. Loved the balcony and the view of the front of the hotel and the mountains. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. The food was mediocre, but it's like that most all-inclusive resorts. The pool is massive and we were pleased that the resort was not crowded at all. The drinks were great and the entertainment was pretty enjoyable. The theater was incredible and we got to watch World Cup futbol matches there. They had different shows each night and I thought the talent was fantastic. *Please be advised that the beach there is not for swimming. The waves are rough and can be dangerous (black flag). We had to travel outside the resort to other swimmable beaches such as Palmilla Beach (15 mins away). Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this resort."

"I love that it was very clean and the staff was amazing. Sadly!!! I rented a cabana and it was very small and very uncomfortable. Not worth its prize!!! Also, the pool was very warm!!! Very hard to enjoy."
