The check-in process was smooth and they helped us with getting a taxi to the airport for our very early flight when we left. Overall it was a pleasant experience. The only negative would be that at certain times of the day there may be long wait times for the elevators.

Mattress was uncomfortable. It does not match a great hotel such as the Emperador. Same goes for lack of light in the bathroom area. As for the rest, this hotel is a beautiful, well loccated property with an excellent staff.

Superb service from check in to departure. Everyone friendly, helpful and efficient. Rooftop pool always spotless clean. Great waiting staff by pool. Good food for lunch and snacks.
