Hotel Preciados is a very nice property, well located. Unfortunately they charged for a ballon decoration we didn’t order. Even do we explained there was no celebration or motive to ask for LOVE balloons, they insisted on charging and they did charged for it.

Great hotel in a great location. Was there for a 3 night solo stay and felt safe in the area. 10 min walk to most landmarks so didn’t bother using the metro. Shops and restaurants close by (same street for some). Room is modern and clean. I was lucky to receive a room upgrade on arrival and appreciated that after a 24 hr flight :)

Great location near two subway lines. Good vibe in the neighborhood. The breakfast was outstanding with hot and cold options, array of pastries and fresh fruit. The staff was very accommodating. Got off to a tremendous start with early check-in. Bon was especially helpful.
