Great location near two subway lines. Good vibe in the neighborhood. The breakfast was outstanding with hot and cold options, array of pastries and fresh fruit. The staff was very accommodating. Got off to a tremendous start with early check-in. Bon was especially helpful.

We had a room on the Main Street and it was extremely noisy at night-I don’t think we slept during our 2 night stay. Breakfast Buffett was really nice & abundant-really enjoyed it! Had dinner there one night and food & staff were great. I felt some of the reception staff could have been a bit more friendly-felt they were condescending.

Overall, the hotel was very nice, and high quality. We ate twice an T the property and the food was very good. Only real downside was the proximity of large piles of stinky street garbage.

This was our last hurrah in Spain and we wanted an upscale stay which we got. It was not their fault but the garbage had piled up right in front of the hotel from the various restaurants, it was pretty awful and it took two days to get it out of there. However, the staff were top notch, the service was great, they were very friendly and helpful, as well. And the restaurant took us without a rez and we had a great experience- we felt special. it is a hustle/bustle like area, right on the edge of the “NY Broadway” type experience if you know what that means, but the hotel itself was quiet, and it is central to all the hot tourist spots so nothing is too far away. That made it convenient to drop off things as we were walking about that we bought. It was super nice not to have to park the car ourselves, we were not used to the tiny spaces these garages allow for a car. So the valet experience was a pleasant gift we gave ourselves. It was easy to get out of the hotel to the airport. In all, it is a wonderful experience, but it is not a cheap one.

Great location but Not Overwhelmed

Our stay was fine. Our room was large and the beds were comfortable. I thought it was a bit dated. There was not a coffee maker in the room. Just instant coffee with a hot pot. The shower ceiling had mildew spots all over it. We had a balcony that had a canvas cover that was full of rain. We were afraid to sit out there too long that it might drip all over us. The front desk was very helpful in calling cabs for us,but was not overly friendly. The location is good, but it is very noisy. If you like being in the center of the tourist area this is a good choice. I just think it’s a bit pricey for what you get.
