The hotel was overcrowded, making it difficult even to enter or leave without waiting in lines. The wait for a breakfast table was unacceptable and really impacted the experience. On the positive side, the room was excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. If you’re looking for a place to stay for just one or two nights, it’s a decent option, but be prepared for crowds

This is my third stay at this property when I am in Madrid. For me its one of the best hotels for short stays in Madrid, location is unbeatable, center of Madrid. Being a guest there you have access to the 365 rooftop, which is amazing. Room was clean and the view to Plaza España from my room was the best. Breakfast was also very good as always. If its in your budget, you need to consider this hotel, its not cheapest out there but for me it worth the price!!

Expedia accepted a non-refundable payment for the room. When I arrived at 9 pm with my two elderly payments I was told they had no record on file and there were no rooms available. I suspect they refused the Expedia.com booking once they could sell the rooms directly at a higher rate. Then they claimed that they never received any booking. Beware of hotels that will not honor 3rd party bookings. I was left out in the cold at 11 pm with my elderly parents to find another place to stay for the night. This is unacceptable.
