The rooms, lobby, work station floors have a modern edge to them. Very simple yet pleasing to the eyes. Giant mall located around the corner (about 5-8 minute walk) if you forgot to bring something, or feel like shopping. The bartender and restaurant folks were great! If you need a ride to/from airport very simple. Just ask at the front desk and they'll put your name down, and you tell them when you want to leave.
That being said, not a great place for disabled folks. No ramp on/off the shuttle. So if you cannot stand on your legs, you'll have to get a taxi. No help taking luggage to/from room. With a suit case, a person in wheelchair, a laptop in a case with wheels, and a purse...I had to make two to three trips back and forth to get everything up to the room, and back to the lobby. Some of the lobby receptionist were delightful, others not so much. Like you were bothering them. There was a two-three of us waiting in line to ask questions and another lobby person just kind of went about doing stuff going back to office, and not looking at any of us!
