Amazing location and welcoming staff

An amazing location with very helpful, welcoming staff. The beds are very comfy although rooms are a little on the smaller side. Hotel is great overall but will begin to look dated soon. I like that the room received daily servicing - just would have been nice if they’d replenish tea bags!

Great mid-range stay

The hotel is very clean. Our room was spacious and airy. The location is unbeatable. < 5 mins to the Royal Palace and Plaza de España.

Very disappointed with the service. The room cleaning was done without actually cleaning anything — they didn’t even change the towels. We had to call and ask them to replace the towels, which should have been done in the first place.

La ubicación es insuperable! Realmente conveniente porque está cerca de todo, perfectamente puedes salir a caminar por las zonas más representativas y regresar rápido a descansar, además es súper fácil llegar en renfe o metro porque está a dos cuadras de la estación.
