Beautiful, cozy mezzanine-style condo recently renovated to offer you a comfortable, peaceful stay.

Located in a quiet part of town, you'll be within walking distance of Lake Memphremagog, downtown, the Marais de la rivière aux Cerises, and many other tourist attractions.

The condo's main floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room with a wood-burning fireplace (ecological logs only), a bathroom with a washing machine and dryer, and a balcony with a magnificent view of the lake and Mont Orford.

The mezzanine offers a large master bedroom with a queen-size bed, a reading area, and a work area with a high-speed Internet connection.

In addition, the complex offers a common outdoor area with a heated swimming pool (early May to early October only), BBQ area, tables, and lounge chairs.

Wonderful Condo

We were offered an early arrival check-in which was great! The condo is beautifully decorated and fully equipped. It’s in a perfect location, easy to walk to great bakery, fine restaurants, hiking trail and downtown shops. Very comfortable and we’d love to return.
