"Although the room was clean, bathroom had issues. Toilet rocked back and forth. Tub spout came out of wall. Only two working carts to take luggage to the room. Heard one guest on ground level floor had her room broken into. So won’t stay again."

"Oh if I could give this place a 6 star rating I would. The staff was great and rooms were clean and beach area was convenient and pool and hot tub was the best. The front desk staff especially Jessica was very helpful and attentive. Jessica made me and my dog feel like we were her top priority. She was very professional and went above and beyond for me and my dog son. I have been a guest several times already this year and Jessica is always there to make me feel like I’ve arrived at my second home. She’s the best. I would recommend this special place to anyome. I won’t stay anywhere else as long as the front desk has her there. Thank you Jessica. You’re the heart and soul of Hampton inn and suites. "

"We love this hotel and visit a couple of times a year. The staff is exceedingly friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and inviting. It is not a new hotel, but it is well maintained. You cannot beat the location. It is removed from the chaos of PCB but close enough to enjoy and grab a meal. "
