Great Condo

The Caretaker was Excellent the property was well kept. There was no bugs. I have stayed in two other condos and sometimes you see bugs but not one for a whole week it was Awesome. The unit faces MOA and the Ocean. All the modern appliances including toaster and microwave. I would definitely stay here again.

I would definitely comeback to this facility. The owner and the caretaker was so welcoming and kind. The unit itself was better than Azure, the unit that my cousin rented. Everything was so accessible from the mall, dining, and grocery store. Thank you for the great experience and hospitality.

Nice stay for the money. Safe quiet and all previous comments that wre bad dont listen to them. I had hot water AC will run you out of the room and had a new tv with Netflix and no bugs!. Thanks again!

I couldn't watch TV throughout my stay because TV was not working atal. Microwave not working atal and I can't warm up my foods for my whole stay. Hot water for shower in the bathroom worked only for few days and no more hot water for shower for the rest of my stay.

Very easy process great proximity to MOA and other local attractions. Condo is a little small for 3 people but we made it work and everything was fine. The pool is very nice and they provided us with 6 passes,otherwise is P150 per person, which is a little confusing as to why you have to pay to swim in a pool that is within the co do, nonetheless they took care if us. Great stay and we would do it again

Romy and Christ were very helpful, no problems with the Condo, although the surroundings of the buildings are a bit run down, it is a short walk to MOA, MAAX and SMX or the Manila Bay sea front (about 15 mins). Condo staff are very friendly and everything was hassle free, would stay there again

Great place and deserve to be a superhost

I have nothing but a praise to the place, as well as the host. Kuya Romy is very welcoming and accommodating. He is very prompt, and the first time we met him, we know we have a great host. You can tell he is a very nice and kind person which makes us very comfortable. We stayed in his place for 3 weeks without any issues. We would love to stay in his place again. Both check-in and check-out were very smooth. The host is very easy to talk to. If I have to summed it up on what is great for this place in 5 words, I would say Place, Host, Location, Location and Location. Two thumbs up!

Great views, cozy place, will reserve again

First day we had problem with the AC, but Mr. Romy took care of it. The apartment had a great view of the Mall of Asia, which has many stores, restaurants, and entertainment options. There are stores, for shopping and quick bites located in the bottom of the apartments. The unit is quite comfortable for our stay and would recommend others to book it as it is of high quality.

I love my stay in this condo. Everything I need seems steps away from me. Very accessible

I enjoyed my stay on this place, nice view from the balcony and all I need is just my self and clothing. Most of the things that I need for my stay is provided or already in the condo. I will choose to stay again on this place in the future.( June 7 to July 6 2017)
