The hotel was very nice. Much better than the surrounding properties. But that was expected as it is downtown Manila. Lots of people on the street asking to sell stuff, wanting handouts, etc. Security at the hotel kept unwanted folks off the property. Being downtown, you will learn to walk partly in the street and avoid errant vehicles. I'd stay again.

Modest hotel. Clean. Staff were very attentive and courteous. A little more amenities in the room like complimentary coffee and improve lighting will boost the hotel experience.

the carpet was filthy, and the receptionist very unhelpful, and gave no help at all, that is how come i moved next door to the Las Palmas which was a good idea, as they were helpfull. I stayed at the Las Palmas for a MONTH
