Beautiful Home

Everything is as pictured! Loved the whole house! The beds were so comfortable, neighborhood very nice and seemed very safe, very clean, very very clean. Cleanest we have ever stayed in. We recommend this home. Will definitely stay here again when we visit family.

Lovely spacious home in quiet neighborhood

Our host was a great communicator. Home was spotless, very spacious, big kitchen. We had 9 family members over for breakfast and it wasn’t crowded! Would definitely stay again if the need arises. Thank you, Shawn!

Perfect Property for Family

Our family (myself, wife, 17mo son) was absolutely impressed with everything about this property, neighborhood, and town. We were spending a long weekend in the area visiting family in Kankakee and this was the perfect home base for us. There was plenty of space for us and had all the amenities (kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms) for us to feel comfortable and welcome. Having a playground right behind the property and a garage to park our vehicle were some major added bonuses and reassured us in a town we had not stayed in previously. For any families with infants, I'll note that the bunkbeds were great for slightly older children, but we ended up borrowing a pack n play from my cousin and had plenty of space to set that up for our 17 month old. To be fair, I did not inquire about the availability of any special accommodations with Shawn since we readily had access to a solution for our needs. From the day we booked the property, Shawn was prompt and transparent about everything we needed to know. The impression we got after day one had me already telling Shawn we would look to him again the next time we visit. We absolutely loved the town of Manteno and the neighborhood where the property is located. In addition to the park (and playground) directly behind the property, we also took a walk into the downtown area (~1 mile walk) where there were restaurants, a playground, and the most adorable library for children. We look forward to our next visit!! Thanks!!
