This was the worst experience I had ever had the place was disgusting dirty and had bugs. When I address the situation with management they ignored me and hung up on me. Then ask if I wanted them to come in my room and terminate the bugs with spray like really? Refuse to return my money and stay I wasted money on a dump. Stop trying to rip hard working people off when they are trying to have a nice vacation which ruined mine. I don't even know why you guys even entertain this place it should be close down. Really disrespectful management.

The property is somewhat lacking in maintenance and we never knew how to throw away the trash that accumulated quite a bit, nor did anyone pick it up.

This property was very dirty air conditioner ran loud bed almost on the floor room smelled of urine host was very rude didn't want to refund as he told me he had NO OTHER ROOMS i wish i could upload pictures the room. Expedia NEED TO STOP SHOWING THIS PROPERTY ASAP DO NOT BOOK PICTURES AND ACTUAL ROOM ARE NOT THE SAME.

Location and service are good. There were roaches in the kitchen. AC didn't work well. Beds were terrible. They need to replace the mattress they were really uncomfortable and the pillows as well. I suggest to replace the bunk beds with sofa beds if they want families to book. Pool was not in service and I wasn't notify until the day before. They shouldn't do pool renovations in the middle of the summer
