You'll find this Spanish style home both inside and outside finished in excellence. Located close to CocoWalk, many restaurants, beautiful gardens and Coconut Grove waterfront. The well appointed kitchen provides every function one could wish for. Stainless appliances include 48" range and ovens, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine, and more. Bedrooms have a TV and beds are new foam mattresses. 70" TV in the living room with a leather couch, loveseat and chair and wood dining table and chairs. The laundry room is stocked and provides a new washer and dryer. Street parking is free or onsite can be arranged in gated parking area. Electronic entry into unit.

What a GEM in the grove! The plants and flowers alone set the tone upon entrance annd then it was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, fantastic amenities
could not ask for more for a family of four. Hosts were wonderful and helped with additional accessible amenities for elderly family. We hope to visit again and definitely stay again here! Maria and Danny’s home is perfect!!

Beautiful stay, they had a bunch of random little amenities you might need during a vacation - shampoo, shaving cream, facial wash, etc. Loved their espresso machine, AC worked great.

Wonderful vacation house

Quaint, lovely home. (I got a bunch of home decorating ideas!). Maria was great, very helpful. (Very pretty view outside from the kitchen window). Everything we needed was thought of by our host. Disappointed that there was no cable tv. Also, the beds were kind of difficult to sit on because they were so high up off the floor. But all in all we had a really nice stay and maybe will visit again.

We had to cancel our stay day of. Was going for son’s graduation and he hurt his back as was unable to fly. Owners gave us 50% back even though not obligated.Think that says a lot about them!So they get 5 stars in my book.

Beautiful and expansive!

The house is amazing! Huge beds, rooms, and bathrooms. Kitchen is beautiful and everything was perfect. It is in a cute neighborhood and very close to University of Miami.

We are so pleased with our stay, the house is beautiful, newly renovated, top of the line appliances from cappuccino to tea. Super clean. If we ever need to come back to Miami we’ll be looking for this place first for sure.

Host was super informative and made the entire process very easy. Home is very comfortable and well stocked with kitchen equipment, dishes and other utensils. Kitchen is fabulous! Also we loved the “homey” touch of the hosts remodeling the house.

The house was nice and clean. My fiance loved the kitchen especially the stove. He’s a cook so he really appreciated it. And Maria was quick at responding if we had any questions. She was very friendly and sweet. I would definitely stay here again and suggest others to as well.

The perfect place

We were down for my daughter’s graduation from UMiami and didn’t know who would join us when we booked. With her brother and girlfriend joining us, it ended being the perfect space! Very well decorated, beautiful kitchen, comfy beds and close to everything! As others said, it was well stocked with anything you’d need. The hosts were great, even let us borrow a cooler to head to the beach for a bit. Would highly recommend!

Nice property with a very responsive host

Great stay near Coconut Grove. About a 10 minute walk to the center of the restaurant scene. The coffee maker was worth the price of admission. We had a small inconvenience with the hot water but the host was very quick to offer a solution for our group. Would consider staying again if back in this area.

Clean and beautiful

The hosts were super helpful and kind. We were so impressed with the cleanliness of the house as well as how well-stocked the kitchen was! My husband even made us espresso in the mornings, which was a real treat. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great hosts!

My family was visiting for our children to participate in a youth sailing event. This space was spotless, comfortable, and was very well supplied. You can tell the owners are proud of this space, as they have taken great care to make sure that everything you might need is on hand. The proximity to Coconut Grove amenities was important to us, but the home is just on the edge of a transitioning area. Although, we didn’t have any problems, we made sure to properly secure our vehicles. We would definitely stay here again.
