They advertise they have a pool but nowhere do they mention because of construction you cannot use the pool , important info that could potentially make someone not book should be included in the provided info.

The price per night is ridiculous, not enough parking spots and have to pay $50.00 to park and the bathroom toliet need updated to higher than on floor and shower curtains don't work floor wet and the room are not what they could be for 400.00 a night..

This hotel is in major need of an upgrade. Everything felt very old and outdated. The bathtub specifically is a lawsuit waiting to happen. The tub is VERY narrow! If I wasn’t mindful of how I was standing I could’ve easily fallen. When I got out I warned my husband of the narrow tub and to be careful. He recently had shoulder surgery and a fall could be a huge set back. Unfortunately he did lose his footing, falling, hitting his side on the side of the counter, pulling down the shower curtain as he went. Thankfully he fell on his “good” shoulder, but now has a nasty bruise where he hit the counter. Anyone who is unsteady on their feet already or someone elderly could really get hurt. We’ve stayed here one other time before a cruise and I can say we will not be staying here again. Definitely not worth the money. Staff were friendly and parking was convenient. Having the restaurants and shops across the street was nice too. Due to the outdated and unsafe conditions in the bathroom (at least in our room), I would highly recommend staying elsewhere.

There is nothing to compliment. This property is horribly kept up. It's the worst Holiday Inn i ever stayed in. The card reader, for entrance to the room, barely works. Outside of the building looks like trash was flung against it. My room wasn't ready at 3:30PM.

I am very upset about my stay at this facility. I had my elderly grandmother with me and we stayed from 2/19-2/20 and then again 2/23-2/24. I booked this hotel before our cruise and again for another night after. The first night we stayed they checked us into a room that smelled very badly and the bathroom was dirty. We asked them to change rooms and we were given some type of disinfectant/deodorizer spray for the smell. I couldn’t call downstairs to the desk because there were no buttons on the phone in the room. I had to call from my own cellphone and it wouldn’t connect me to the 800 phone number. so I had to go down to the desk multiple times. We needed extra blankets because the room was freezing and the heat didn’t work. I had my family members meet me at hotel because they had a rental to spend the day with us. The employee did not tell us about the parking garage and we had to pay for daily/hourly rates across the street. Paid far more than we would have if I was made aware of the parking for the hotel of $55. The employee also told me that the breakfast was included as it did on the website when I booked the hotel. And it was not included at all. There was a different employee for the night time shift that let us know about the garage but by the time we were notified there was parking, it was full and we had to find another garage anyways. The dates of 2/23-2/24 were not bad. The room was better. I was just so aggravated with my experience here unfortunately.

The carpet was dirty. Dont take off your shoes. The bathroom was filthy. The hot and cold were reversed. The front door damaged. The furniture was old and the building has not be upkeeped.
