I was very happy with my stay. Staff was very pleasant. Room was clean. Towels were provided wash rags were not available. Luckily there was a CVS in walking distance I was able to pick up any small items I needed. Plates and cups were not in the room but were available upon request. There was maintenance being completed in the hotel small stuff from what I could see. Painting and minor updates. My room had marks on the walls in random places that I wouldn’t otherwise notice but that is what caused my 4 rating. All in all I stayed for 5 nights and was happy with my stay. I would recommend Seabreeze to friends and family as well as return myself.

I'm sorry but it could have been better
The room was mostly as advertised but there were things missing or needed attention. The location was ideal, fairly quiet off of the more populous streets and close to the beach too. There was no bath tub as shown in the ad. The bed was only ok. The A/C wasn't the best, hardly cooled the room and the one in the other room needed repair. No dishes, plates, cups, ice tray, etc even though there were amenities for eating/preparing food. The shower leaked because there is a lot of space between the door and the wall. Could've used a broom available help with the sand.

Did not get the accommodations that I booked, received different rooms, made a reservation for 6 was given 2 rooms, one had nothing in it but a bed, no desk, no night stand, no trash can, missing fixtures, the other room was filled with everything but was across the hall, also between both rooms we only had 2 wash clothes n 4 clean towels, there was one used/dirty towel on floor in corner of bathroom and one in closet, when I went to get fresh linens, I was told they do not give out extra because it’s not an hotel, I explained that I booked for 6 and never received 6 sets of towels n washcloths, I was then given one more washcloth n towel, I literally went to cvs n bought luffa sponges so my kids could wash up, also it was 2 beds n one sofa, no so fa bed, never again would I stay at sea breeze.

Please do not waste your money on this property. Location is great, but it is not a 'luxury' suite by any means, they 'run out of towels' (bathroom towels) at certain times of the day, and when the AC stopped working suddenly one evening, the receptionist/front desk person was amazing but the management team was extremely unhospitable. I have never written a bad review in my life, but I truly do not want anyone else to hemorrhage money on a place like this, spend your money elsewhere in Miami. I've visited Miami/south beach many times over the years, and this is by far the worst place I've stayed at, especially considering how expensive it is.

The bathroom is in poor condition, we needed a connecting room, and unfortunately, they gave us a room without the sofa bed that was offered. The front desk lady moved half of my family to another room on the first floor. The bathroom had a water leak that was dripping from the ceiling.

Our property was not the same as shown, the cleaners left bleach on the back of toilet seat and damaged clothing report it to the front desk, but never heard back from. Called to request for toilet paper in the morning didn’t hear back until the evening. No one was ever at the front desk when needed. Bathrooms were so small you couldn’t even close the door behind you. There was mold in the shower, was an able to open the blind, due to the fact that it was a window that looked in the back where people could see you. There was some damage to the water pipe line in the back and was really noisy.
