This 3500 sq ft home has 6 bedrooms and 3.5 Bathrooms, formal dining room and fully equipped eat-in kitchen. Living room has grand fireplace (gas). Baby grand piano in living room. Home office and wifi for those who need to work. It's a great house for beach vacationing, family reunions, or work retreats. Enjoy sunrises and moonrises over the water. Great breezes and views from the enclosed wrap-around screened in porch, or from the many windows overlooking the beautiful water. Third floor has futon bed for extra sleeping space if needed and playroom ideal for kids. Cozy TV den next to kitchen, lovely backyard garden, outdoor shower for use after the beach. Entire house is newly renovated, with option to use central air. Washer and Dryer in laundry room, 2 Dishwashers, all linens provided, weber grill. Ping Pong Table. Beach, Long Island Sound and fishing off the pier directly in front of the house! Please leave the blankets and quilts in the bedrooms, unless they are soiled or dirty.
