The room had a musty smell even after we put the air condition on. The hotel itself was nice. The front desk needs a dress code. One of the young ladies who was a thick young lady was showing her belly and didn't appear to have on a bra. Just unprofessional - no one wants to look at that.

The bed was really old and uncomfortable, tiniest hotel room i have ever stayed in. Otherwise ok stay. Would not stay here again.

We have stayed in this hotel several times over the years and are quite satisfied with it. We were somewhat surprised and disappointed that this year, for the first time, a daily parking fee was charged for our car. This additional fee, $3 per day plus sales tax, was not revealed when the reservation was made and paid through Travelocity. We were made aware of the fee only when we checked out.

Yes this was a convenient location as it was directly across the street from the mall. Although it's not a practical walk as there were no sidewalks, only highway roads. One of the reasons I decided on this location was because of the shuttle service and the location. Unfortunately, there's not a shuttle automatically running from the hotel to the airport. I had to call for that. That was disappointing. There is a shuttle that runs every hour from the hotel to the mall though. Room service was terrible because they only clean the rooms every 3 days. So our room didn’t get touched because we were there for 3 days. Once checked in, the room was clean. The bathrooms are a bit tight. Continental breakfast was disappointing. The servicwas sub-par. The only redeeming quality was the shuttle driver on Thursday.. Brenda.
