hotel definitely needs to be updated. Some of the furniture was ripped/worn. There are 2 Holiday Inn Express and a Holiday Inn within a few miles and it was unclear which hotel my reservation was at. Drove to all 3 at rush hour and heavy road construction. Frustrating.

The property met our needs. The staff were friendly and responsive. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. If managed properly, the free breakfast was great. Our first morning many items were gone even when there was over an hour of breakfast remaining. They were receptive to my feedback.
