Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent—everything we wanted to do was nearby, which made getting around easy and convenient. The hotel itself was comfortable, and we had a great experience overall. My only complaint is that room service/housekeeping never came to our room during the three nights we stayed. Fresh towels and a quick room refresh would have made the stay even better. Other than that, we had a wonderful trip and would definitely consider staying here again because of the great location.

All in all very good. They are right in the middle of a major remodel so there’s some construction dust, but it’s going to be excellent when completed. Best bathroom lighting of any place we have stayed! Great breakfast, nice staff!!

A rough start checking in but that was Hotels.com's fault for not sending my last name to the property 😕. The property is very nice and walking distance to Mall of America. There are homeless people staying close to the property so be careful at night.

The hotel is going through a renovation, but it was still clean and the staff was absolutely great and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early. I didn't know that we had to pay for parking and that was the only thing that caught me off guard but other than that it was fine and it was affordable. I recommend this hotel highly. And I will stay there again it will probably be my first choice when going back to Minnesota or anywhere we travel to I'll look this place up first! ❤️

Sue and Bianca were awesome! Honestly, every employee we encountered was. The location is perfect for visiting the mall. The breakfast tacos are delicious. The free shuttle to/from the airport is convenient, but be sure to book in advance. The indoor pool was a nice addition to our stay; it was clean and fully stocked with fresh towels. My only issue was the condition of the furniture in the rooms, which was very old and dirty. They are currently renovating, so hopefully they will get new furniture.
