I had a great comfortable stay at the Hyatt Place with my family. The breakfast was amazing! The pool was a great amenity for the children! And the rooms were very nice and comfortable for our entire group.

Maybe I should have read reviews first but I’ll start by saying the front desk staff was very friendly and very helpful. Dislikes were the hairs found on the bed and towels in the bathroom, there was a spot on our floor in front of a bed that clearly had water damage, the bathroom is so small that the door almost hits the toilet, the pool was advertised as indoor heated pool giving the impression the pool would be warm and it wasn’t, and the pillows and linens were very uncomfortable. To top all of that off you have to pay to park at a hotel you paid 200 to stay at for a night.

Absolutely no parking. Told us to park in fire zones or the grass. How about we cut off the park and fly a little? Phone in room didn’t work. Remote didn’t work. Breakfast was good. Paid $6 for a salad that didn’t come with dressing. Won’t be back to this one
