Very basic breakfast, frozen waffle and a coffee or juice? Large room, very high ceilings took a long time to heat or cool. Room was quiet and had many updates.

It was clean surprisingly! The person at front desk asked for a CASH deposit of $100, never had that before. The “continental breakfast” was oj, coffee, tea, and plain slices of bread, literally laugh out loud. Just a place to rest your head and clean enough to get by. 4/5.

The TV instructions to use cable never worked. I called the reception to complain at 20:10. He said that he would come immediately. It is now 20:35 and he never came. No TV and no service, I want a full refund.

Very nice staff, however, little touches that could have made it a good stay were missing. Though the printed materials stated breakfast was available until 10am, it was closed by 9. Also, at 9am, keycards were automatically deactivated and the doors to the rooms no longer latched. So, to take items out to the car, or go downstairs to get coffee, the room was left completely open to anyone who would want to enter. Also, as there was no coffee available in the rooms, you had to go down to the lobby to get coffee. Both mornings the coffee was weaker than tea, dispensing mostly just hot water, though I had informed the front desk of this the first morning. Finally, in trying to pick up the phone to call the front desk to inquire about getting the tv turned on (the sign on the wall was not correct in how to get it running) we discovered our phone was stuck in the cradle by a disgusting sticky unknown substance, which was never discovered by housekeeping.
