Was the worst experience they have, the hotel it’s filthy , nothing clean, so bad and poor hotel, Even though I paid for the room, I left after an hour and couldn't stay.

Damp and Disgusting Room

The room was damp and smelled musty upon entering. The sheets were damp, and so was the carpet. The carpet was also sticky and stained. The mirror in the room had some kind of sticky substance like they hadn’t been cleaned. All of the air conditioner buttons were broken to the point you had to stick a pen in the hole (dangerous in my opinion). We approached the front desk to request a different room, but they had no room to offer. This was disgusting to the point that we did not want to stay there that night. We didn’t even want to use the shower.

The room smelled dirty. Everything was scuffed up and outdated. It seemed clean enough but for the area I expected more.

Felt humid and moist in the room. We had the air on worked good but just seemed moist. And sheets on one bed had marker stains on them. And mold on ceiling about the shower. Didn’t use shower as we stayed just for a place to stay after concert but kind glad it was o my for one night. Staff was very nice during check in .

Jenna at the front desk was a delight! She made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay and was just so wonderful! The AC is amazing in the room, we like it cold when we sleep and it was definitely cold in the room.
