Smaller room than imagined.

The room had everything we needed, however the walk space between the wall and the beds were very tight. We had trouble getting the luggage cart into the room to unload it. This was my first stay in a Tru hotel. It was just a bit to cramped for our preference. The pool was also colder than we are used to with pool temps, but we are finding that with many hotels lately. Overall the room was comfortable, it just felt a bit cramped for us.

There are no views around the property which is fine. When entering it smells too much like chemical cleaning products. Not pleasant. I could hear people in the room above mine walking around. It was loud enough to wake me up in the morning. People walking and talking in the hallway was loud. The shade to the room didn't block the light from the sides of the windows in the morning. The sound proofing of the walls, doors, ceilings could be much better for a more peaceful stay.

Great hotel. Right from entering Trinity was extremely friendly and informative. The hotel was clean and the room was extremely comfortable. The texts were a lovely extra touch.

As soon as we went in the room the floor was filthy.my 1 year old son found a voltage detector.like seriously? Then after i checked out they tried to bill me 265,150,then 50 for no apparent reason other than theft.i will never stay there again
