Stayed with my partner and child for 4 nights. The hotel is good, staff is great, pool is great but the gym lacks equipment for people who enjoy working out daily. Only 1 treadmill of 4 work properly, lacking other equipment. But overall the staff and property are worth staying at.

Stayed multiple times. Hotel location in Laval is good, staff is friendly and available for you, the only thing that is disappointing is they gym equipment, the gym isn't well equiped for guests work work out everyday for longer stays. 3 out of 4 treadmills dont work properly as well. But over all, the staff and cleanliness are great.

Lobby impressive, room spacious, bed comfortable and staff friendly. Breakfast sterile and breakfast is ordinary; room lacked trash bin (only one in washroom). For an hotel in this price range, we would have expected hand lotion, conditioner and a shower cap. We have had better value for the price.

Agréable surprise à notre arrivée puisqu'on nous annonce que nous avons été surclassés pour les deux nuits réservées ! Magnifique suite! Salle-de-bain vitrée, rideaux obscurcissants, lit confortable. Wow! La seule chose qui manquait, pas de ventilation dans la salle-de-bain et il y avait 3 oreillers, alors que mon conjoint et moi-même sommes habitués de dormir avec 2 chacun. Personnel rapide et sympathique à la réception.

Although it's a new hotel and the lobby was very nice, the rooms itself and over experience didn't reflect the price. The rooms itself were dusty as most my family members complained about the same and the overall lighting is very poor. The breakfast included was very underwhelming. Options were a variety of bread, cheese, jams, cereal and fruits. There were boiled eggs too but overcooked and felt like rubber. The gym had below minimal equipment and the pool just wreaked of heavy chlorine. Room service is offered but not done without requesting for it in the early morning. One day has asked for towels and was advised by front desk to come pick it up as she was short staffed and only member on site. Overall, hotel has potential but would not rebook due to the above noted.

The breakfast was disappointing and not up to the standards expected from a 4-star hotel. It was advertised as an intercontinental buffet, but the selection was minimal and lacked freshness. The bread seemed store-bought from Super C, and the juice options were limited. There were no fresh fruits or quality baked goods, which was quite surprising. It definitely needs improvement. As for the room, the mattress was very firm and the pillows were uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

The breakfast was terrible ,the cafeteria looked like a school, the tables were dirty. McDonald's has cleaner tables. The amount of dust in the lounge was unbelievable. Some of the people at the front desk didn't even say good morning or goodnight.
