Was here for a family reunion. They treated our family great and were very helpful. The breakfast lady was super sweet. The front desk staff was very accommodating as well. We did request cleaning service that they missed. This was for 3 rooms over a week, so we felt pretty good about our stay.

One of my faves so far

This was such a comfortable stay. Honestly the staff was so helpful. I’ve had so much patience with me, even though I had some issues with my banking.. They didn’t make me feel bad about having a late check out either they were above and beyond for accommodating my issues thank you, thank you

I have stayed at this property many times, and have always been satisfied. The rooms are spacious and quiet. The lobby and breakfast areas are welcoming, with a coffee/hot beverage bar available 24/7. The swimming pool and deck are larger than most, with a large changing area with a shower in the area.~ As a rule, the hotel is clean and nicely maintained. This particular visit was somewhat unsettling, however. Our initial room assigned smelled like urine. When I reported it, and asked to be moved to another room, the desk clerk seemed put out, although she did find another room for me.Her demeanor was off putting… no apologies for the room, nor mentioning it to management. A customer service course is recommended for this employee.

The sofa bed is like sleeping on floor. Hard as a rock. Asked for room change with 2 queen beds. Said it would cost more but could talk with manager in am. Gave new room and keys. Dragged all stuff to room as far away as possible to find the same room I left then told couldn’t have 2 queen room since they did not have fir 2nd night. I asked why she would send us to new same room. No answer. No room service on second day and gone all day then. Could not get in room so long walk back to front desk. I am 81. This morning no TV. Maybe someone will come but doubt it
