The coffee in the room was horrible, worthless, no coffee grounds to speak of in the pouches, which didn't even fill the basket.

Nice Hotel in Sandy OR. close to my son

Pros: Location
Cons: insulations and better soaps.
Location: close to skiing
the staff is very efficient The only problem I had was when someone else took showers on another room it sounded like they were taking them right where I was. The noise was so bad it woke me up from a sound sleep

Declining quality

I've stayed here many times. My mom lives in Sandy. We stay here when we visit. I've seen the management attitude decline over several years. The furniture has been reduced in the rooms. Front desk attitude is often indifferent (not always, to be sure) but at least the rates are exorbitant. Although the facility is (now, since January) all non smoking, some rooms still smell too strongly of smoke. Cable TV channels are much fewer than in the past. All in all, it's a disappointing place to stay. Since they are the only hotel in Sandy, they don't seem to care.
