Excellent family rental

Our stay was exactly as we had hoped, hassle free and relaxing! The property was beautiful and even more spacious than the pictures lead you to believe. Would definitely recommend!

Family vacation

The property was perfect for our family of 6. We had room to spread out and the games and books were an extra added touch that we enjoyed! Walking the property was wonderful. We caught a few beautiful sunrises and took advantage of the many pools, hot tubs, and other amenities. We did have a leak in our unit that started suddenly from the AC. Luckily we were there when it happened. The property manager answered promptly and had maintenance address the issue immediately. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Picked dead bugs up from master bedroom, living room and bathroom off main hall. Lost over $200 in groceries due to the refrigerator not cooling. Continuous dripping from bathroom vents due to moisture coming from them. Almost slipped multiple times due to water on floor. Would not recommend this unit but liked the facility surrounding it.

Perfect Family Vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This newly remodeled villa worked out perfectly for our family and another family (8 total) and it was just a short walk from the beach and Hilton pools. The unit was very clean and housekeeping checked in to make sure that we had plently of towels. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes for baking and cooking which was good for rainy days with the kids. Kingston has lots of ameneties and is close to the outlets and many golf courses. Courtney, with Kingston Rental Management, answered my many questions in preparation for our trip and accessible the entire time we were there to ensure we had an amazing trip. We highly recommend Kingston Plantation and we hope to return again next April.
