NEWLY RENOVATED STEPS TO BEACH BEAUTY + POOL. Winter & last min discounts

Spacious recently renovated 3br, 2 bth immaculate condo awaits your arrival. Situated steps from beautiful Surfside Beach with the largest pool in Surfside in the Sea Grove complex. Master bedroom, bath and kitchen renovated 2022/2023. You'll have access to a ground floor storage unit with beach cart to store all your beach and/or golf essentials. Free Wifi.
The bedrooms are spacious. It Sleeps 8 with the pullout. (Full size)
Portacrib available upon request.
There's an outdoor terrace for you and your guests to relax on, large living and dining areas and in unit laundry room with full size machines. *Note: Unit is on the third floor with no elevator. Plenty of parking for 2 cars, which includes a golf cart. (parking permits are required and available) No trailers or commercial vehicles allowed.

Our guests include couples, families, retirees, people relocating and families with children attending SCC or baseball & dance tournaments

Amenities include a fully stocked newly renovated kitchen with white cabinets and granite tops that opens to a 4-seat breakfast bar. The dining room table seats an additional 6. Three bedrooms include one king , new large en suite with walk-in shower. Queen size bedroom features a bright and sunny room with walk-in closet along with a small computer desk. Third bedroom has two twin beds.
Your private balcony is large and long, beach-themed decorated with plenty of seating and the sounds of the ocean Second bathroom has full size tub/shower. In-unit laundry room has a washer & dryer plus ironing board and iron.
The complex has one of the largest pools in Surfside and is surrounded by lovely, landscaped shade and sun areas and decking that everyone adores! A BBQ grill is located inside the gazebo. There is no grilling allowed on the deck. Pool is open from April 1 to Oct 31. (Weather permitting)
We're within walking distance from Surfside Pier where you can enjoy fishing and dining choices of multiple restaurants.
I'm available any time to answer any of your questions and are committed to making sure your vacation experience is a positive one. While I rent this condo out, it is also my part-time home that I'm pleased to share with you; I just ask that you respect it so other guests may enjoy it too.

This condo has a spacious living area. It has a nice updated kitchen and en suite bathroom. We liked that it has twin beds in one of the bedrooms to give siblings their own space. It also has inviting balcony seating. The big pool is wonderful! We love Surfside Beach and we would definitely stay in this condo next time!

Lorraine was wonderful, she advised that the condo was ready if we wanted to check in early. We were impressed with the fully stocked spice cabinet and appreciated that there was both a coffee pot as well as a keurig. All beds were comfortable!! A short walk to the beach allowed us to avoid the hassel of finding and paying for a place to park. There's a storage unit with beach chairs and sands toys, among other items. No issues during our stay. We will be back.

Great Family Vacation Spot

Lorraine was an amazing host! Very responsive from the moment we booked and with any questions we had as our trip got closer. She even purchased a pack and play so we didn't need to pack ours for the 10 hour drive. Check in was quick and easy and the place was very clean. The beach is just steps away and the storage closet underneath was perfect to store all of our gear during our stay. The pool was cleaned daily by a crew. About a 10 minute walk to the pier and several restaurants as well. I would recommend this place for other families as well.

Our 3rd Wonderful Stay Here!

My family has used Lorraine's condo three times, and have enjoyed our stay each time. This is a very quiet area of Surfside. The condo is very generously stocked and so comfortable. The kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, silverware,etc. There's plenty of towels. The furniture is in great condition. This is a lovely, comfortable, peaceful place to stay, and Lorraine is an exceptional host. She responds immediately to any contacts and is very welcoming!

The place was awesome. The Manager was great and answered all our questions quickly. Place was clean and quite. It was a wonderfully relaxing time with friends. It was close to the beach and the event we were participating in.

The condo was perfect! It was clean, smelled good and had a lot of extras! It’s located within walking distance to the beach, pier, and several restaurants. The pool is so nice! Wished it had been warm so we could have used it! The owner was wonderful! Lorraine was very kind, friendly and accommodating. We will definitely rent again!

Charter Fishing

Loraine was wonderful in communicating with me prior to check in and shortly thereafter to make sure all was well. The condo was beautiful and the location is excellent as advertised. My 2 friends that also enjoyed the condo were very pleased as well. All of us are 65 plus with one friend being 77. We had charter fishing trips booked out of Murrells Inlet which is a short drive away. Even with bike week happening it took us only 15 minutes to get to the Marina. This not a negative but only an observation
the condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator so if anyone has any physical challenges or breathing issues it may be difficult for them. Our group had no issues with the third floor walk up.

Our family absolutely loved this rental! It was clean, close to beach and in walking distance to some restaurants. The owner was the best I think I have ever rented from. My son and dil was able to check in early and the owner kept us notified during that request. I would definitely stay at this condo again! The only thing to note is there is no elevator and the unit is on 3 floor so keep that in mind if you have a disability. The ease of check in and out was great!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Excellent Condo

We had a shortened stay due to Hurricane Debby, however it was perfect for the time we were there. Lorraine has the condo stocked with everything you could possibly need for a week at the beach. The unit was very clean and in an excellent location. It’s a short walk to the beach and about 1/2 mile from River City Cafe and other restaurants. We wish we could have spent the whole week but plan on returning next year! Lorraine is a lovely host- very friendly and easy to contact.

Surfside wedding weekend

This location ended up being perfect distance to most events taking place for the wedding. Farthest walk maybe 10 min., to the beach about a 5 min walk. The property itself provided everything you need - cooking needs, washer and dryer, linens. A nice deck for a sunrise. Overall wonderful experience. Thank you Lorraine

Relaxing Stay by the Beach

Stayed here to be away from the noise of Myrtle Beach. Get to just relax and walk 1 block to the beach. Comfy 3 bedroom with 2 baths was perfect for our group. Enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony as we started the day. Great place to chill.
