I had an issue with my booking, (my error) and Expedia contacted the front desk and they were super helpful and accommodating. They were also very knowledgeable of things our family could do in the Myrtle Beach area. The property was very clean and well kept. The breakfast was phenomenal for the price! 11 out of 10 stars!

Was a last minute choice. There was a smell in the room, as well as the bathroom was not as clean. Hair on the shower curtain as well as in the tub. I am used to the toiletries being provided on the walls in the shower as well as the bed sheets felt hard and not clean. I don’t think I will ever stay as at a Best Western. This one was a “Best Western “Plus” but there were a lot of minuses in our stay.

It was a beautiful place and great location but it was a shame they don't mention anything about the pool not being open till May. Also our bath had a broken accessibility bar and broken shower curtain rod.

Extremely nice to not get hit with the irksome "resort fee" shell game...The-rate-you-see-is-the-rate-you-get is a welcome relief...Helpful "Golf Director" at the front desk is a nice touch...Friendly locally owned bar & grill within walking distance is great.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I left my glasses behind and they were kind enough to hang onto them until they were picked up by my husband. We will definitely be back highly recommend even the breakfast was hot fresh and tasty.

Hotel was very old. It was clean but the furniture in the rooms made it seem dirty. The entire hotel and definitely the rooms need a refresh asap. When you have upholstered furniture in the room, it shows how old the place is just with the stains on it. Time to update. The staff were all lovely.
