Welcome to your Myrtle Beach getaway! This charming 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and location for your beach vacation or extended stay.

Located on the first floor with no stairs, the condo provides easy access and a relaxing atmosphere. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a bright and comfortable living area with Smart TV and high-speed WiFi, and a cozy bedroom designed for a restful night's sleep.

Conveniently situated just 5 minutes from the beach, you'll also be close to golf courses, restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and all of Myrtle Beach's top attractions. Whether you're visiting for work or leisure, this condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay.



The Space:

1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, Very comfortable condo. Bedroom with 1 King bed and 1 pullout sofa in the living room. Washer and dryer available in the unit.

Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not included) . Dining area open to living room.

Sheets and linens provided.

*Free WiFi and cable TV.

*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Access the pool with wristbands and pool fob (4 wristbands and 1 pool fob are placed in the kitchen drawer) All wristbands and fob must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband and $100 for pool fob.

*Parking is free.

* motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises



Other Things to Note:

*Charging electrical vehicles is not allowed.

*4 Pool wristbands and pool fob are counted after each stay. (pool closes on September 1st)

*Please review my house rules.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

Really enjoyed the fact that it was on the first floor. It's close to everything. The bed was comfortable. The show is the couch, very clean and well kept. Had a little issue with the air conditioning, but the host got that resolved fairly quickly. All in all, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again.

We enjoyed our stay here! The place was so cute. It was L-shaped instead of a rectangle which made it really charming. The bathroom opened up into the bedroom and the living room, which was so nice. The terrace was the smallest size (too small for a table to eat breakfast) and faced the front entrance instead of the golf course (so less privacy and less serene view), but I am still giving the property five stars because it had everything else - clean, charming, lovely host. I guess if prices were equal and I had a choice, I would choose a terrace that faces the golf course, but I would have no issue staying at this apt again!
