Tried to Check in at advertised time of 4 pm but were continually delayeed. Kept telling us they were “inspecting the room after cleaning” and sent us to the bar to wait where the bartender said it happens daily. After an hour I asked to speak to a manager she did give us an upgraded room. Finally. This was a Monday and not a busy time. Beach was very nice rest of hotel property is average

Perfect for a quick family getaway! The hotel is right on the beach with great ocean views. Our kids loved the indoor/outdoor pools and lazy river. The room was clean, spacious, and comfy. Staff were friendly and breakfast was included huge plus. We’d definitely come back for a longer stay!

Our stay was delightful. Room was clean and bright, sometimes a little too bright. There were no night lights in the room. Would have been nice to not have the super bright bathroom lights when answering those "night calls"
