Make JM Villas your Myrtle Beach home base. This 1,400-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in Magnolia Pointe at Myrtlewood Golf Resort sleeps up to eight guests. Enjoy a private furnished balcony, a full kitchen and access to a shared heated community pool, open year-round. The beach is about one mile away. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS Primary bedroom: one king bed and ensuite bathroom Second bedroom: one queen bed Third bedroom: two separate twin beds Living room: queen-size sleeper sofa COMFORTS OF HOME Settle into the open living and dining area, prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or start your morning at the coffee station. High-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, smart TVs, an electric fireplace and an in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays comfortable. A Pack 'n Play and high chair are provided for families. BALCONY & SHARED POOL Relax on the private balcony with pool and resort surroundings. The small shared community pool is heated and open year-round, with posted hours of 8 AM-10 PM. Access is subject to community rules, weather and maintenance. LOCATION & PARKING Explore Myrtlewood golf, Broadway at the Beach, local restaurants, shopping and the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk. The beach is about one mile from the condo; a car is recommended. Two complimentary unassigned parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Motorcycles and trailers are not permitted. KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK The condo is on the third floor, reached by stairs; there is no elevator. Maximum occupancy is eight guests. Keyless entry and a wall-mounted digital guest guide provide convenient access to house information and local recommendations. Please bring separate beach towels; bath towels stay in the condo. PETS & HOUSE RULES Up to two pets are welcome with prior approval. Declare pets in your booking and review the pet fees shown in your quote and house rules. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. No parties or events. No smoking or vaping inside or on the balcony; violations may incur the existing $500 fee and additional cleaning or damage charges. Quiet hours are 9 PM-9 AM. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE Standard check-in is 4 PM and checkout is 11 AM. Early check-in or late checkout requires prior written approval. Our initial rental fell through the day we arrived in Myrtle Beach. VRBO helped us find this villa on very short notice. The owners were attentive and checked in a couple of times to ensure we were enjoying our stay.This villa accommodated our family of 5 plus our dog. It was clean and well appointed. The location was a 5 minute drive to both the beach and Broadway at the Beach. We were able to enjoy Myrtle Beach’s attractions and return to a quiet villa. We will definitely look to stay here again on our next trip.

A must book if you like cleanliness

This was one of the best stays I have had. This was the first beach trip with the kiddos and I was very impressed with everything about this condo. The owners responded immediately, the place was stocked and immaculate. Plenty of towels for a group of 8, nice sized bed, COMFORTABLE beds, extra blankets, and the check in process was perfect. Let me tell you in this place, I had no quams about walking barefoot! Priced great for the area. It was a perfect location to the airport, the Broadway, shopping, and any other activities we did. The longest drive we had was 39 minutes to the Shark Park. The only part my kids were not excited about was the small pool but, the beach made up for that. We will definitely stay here again whether it's jusr adults or with the kids. Oh yeah, there is room behind the front door. I thought it was a closet and got nervous very quickly about how we were going to fit. I assure you....THERE'S PLENTY OF SPACE. LOVED, LOVED THIS PLACE! 5 🌟 s.

Great property

We loved this house from the moment we saw it. The aesthetic of the place is perfect and clean, It has great space and I appreciated the satin painted walls, glued decor especially with kids and new appliances. We immediately booked it for a 38 day stay for work. I can say that for a short term rental it’s amazing. But for long term rental I feel like there could be some improvement. Constructive criticism:For example all cooking pans are supposed to be nonstick but they were all getting stuck. We had to buy our own. No mop so we had to buy one. Can opener doesn’t work. Pool pictures were misleading which one was ours, the pool is tiny tiny, for my two girls it was perfect but once another family shows up it becomes way too small. They also don’t have bathrooms or umbrellas at the pool. Cabinets need to be refaced again since the laminate is falling apart and I was afraid it was going to collapse on me. Ultimately the AC schedule was a pain because it resets at 11:30 pm to 75 and it gets hot hot. And once reset it only resets until 6:30 am. Host was nice and quick to answer. Overall we loved the house, it gave us a good experience for the first time in Myrtle beach.Thank you
