Summary:

Newly renovated 2BR/1BA condo in few minutes walk to the beach. It is located in the heart of Myrtle beach near Uptown downtown Market commons with upscale restaurants and boutiques.

*Less then 5 min drive to the airport

*10min drive to Broadway at the beach and main attractions.

*Walmart is 5 streets away.

* Fully stocked kitchen

* sleeps up to 6 guests.

*PET OWNERS: pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved, please contact me for details.



The Space:

*2nd floor (must climb stairs)

* 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, Very spacious condo.

*2 King beds, 1 pullout sofa in the living room.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics.

*Dining area open to living room.

*Sheets and linens provided.

*Free WiFi and smart TV's available.

*Pets are allowed with a pet fee per pet. Please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.

*Shared laundry room on the premisses.

*Only 1 parking spot available.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

Above and beyond

I had to schedule a stay due to an emergency and couldn’t stay at my house. Emily was easy to contact and very helpful and I feel that she went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible! I would definitely book with her again!

Short walk to the beach

The property was decent but very disappointed that we couldn’t get a refund for the first night because we wouldn’t drive through a hurricane to arrive there. When we did arrive the next day a window was all broken into pieces because of the hurricane and someone had to come over right away to board up the window and clean up the glass. Can’t believe they would want you to drive through a hurricane and not give you a refund for not arriving the day the hurricane arrived in Myrtle Beach, Especially finding the window broken as well as the blind.
