BEAUTIFULLY RENOVATED CONDO IN LEGENDS GOLF RESORT

This beautiful condo has been our home for the last 10 years and it is now available for guests to retreat to the blue skies and warm airs of Myrtle Beach.

As you drive up the winding road of Legends Drive you are greeted by the magnificent, castle-like clubhouse of Legends Resort. For the golf enthusiast there are three challenging, unique golf courses, along with a 30 acres lighted driving range and 1 acre putting green. Legends is the home of The Classic Swing Golf School, ranked a top 25 golf school in America. If relaxing is more of your scene, Legends Resort has multiple pools, hot tubs, walking trails and tennis courts. Alisa Pub is within walking distance from the condo where you can relax after a day in the sun sipping on your favorite cocktail.

The two bedroom, two bathroom condo has recently been renovated with a tasteful, modern twist. The inviting main living area is spacious enough to accommodate everyone in your group. The kitchen is well equipped with all the dishes, glassware, pots and pan that you will need, as well as a coffee maker, toaster, blender, ice maker and much more. There are two dining area; a smaller bar top table in the kitchen nook and a bigger dining room table to host your family dinners. The master bedroom has two queen beds and the second bedroom has one queen bed. Every room is equipped with a flat screen TV, DVD player & wireless internet. Ample linens and towels are provided, there is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. The best feature of this condo is the cozy, screened in porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee.

Just outside of the resort you will find a wide variety of restaurants, grocery stores, and the famous Tanger Outlets for those who have the shopping bug. Less than 10 miles away you will find the gorgeous blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean, Broadway at the Beach, SkyWheel, Pavilion Park, WonderWorks, Ripley's Aquarium, and much more. The Myrtle Beach International airport is a 15 minute drive away with many airlines offering budget friendly direct flights. Some of our favorite activities that are a little further away include, Huntington State Park, Brookgreen Gardens, The Marshwalk at Murrells Inlet, Barefoot Landing, House of Blues, La Belle Amie Vineyard, Downtown Conway, and Market Commons.

Have been staying here for the past 3 years. Clean and convenient to CCU. However each year the amenities decline. If you stay here be prepared to bring everything from hand soap to a dish sponge. The outdoor seating, dining room & counter seating has been reduced. The fridge does not have an ice maker and ice trays are not provided. The towels and beds need to be replaced as well.

Location is great- close to everything! Beautiful condo. Super clean and spacious! All questions were addressed immediately. We will definitely be back ! We’d suggest more “extras” on hand- extra towels, extra toilet paper.

Great place to stay for the weekend. The TV service was not working, so it was impossible to watch tv at night. It would work for 2 minutes then stop. Bed in the main bedroom needs to be replaced, super uncomfortable. Other than that it was clean, and a good location.

Legends Condo

Another great stay at this Legends condo. So close to everything but very secluded and quiet. Upgraded TV service this year was a pleasant surprise. Check in was simple and communication with the manager/owner was exceptional. Already looking forward to staying again next year.

Great location for golf. Met an old friend for a few days of golf. The condo worked out great for us. We thought the pub was a great spot. The food and service were very good. A short walk from the condo. Nice place and nice setting, I would return.

Golf trip

Overall stay was ok. On checking mgmt forgot to tell us unit # so went from door to door until one opened. Next morning discovered ice maker didn’t work then few days later dryer quit working and then ice maker freezer started making a terrible noise and we ended up shutting it off totally but it still dripped water onto towels we kept putting in the fridge area. You also would never want to go sit on deck area because it was filthy. Internet went off 3 times while we were there. Christy from management was super at trying to help
