Pictures are not accurate. This motel we should call it was outdated and smelled like cigarette smoke as soon as I walked through the door. The furniture had water stains and the tub was dirty. I can understand why we paid the price we did for a single night. On the upside, parking was free and easy and the highway was close enough that I could leave immediately. I also left a bag there with a few of my things, I called front desk the next day and apparently nothing was found in the room. Book with caution and would not recommend unfortunately.

property looking much more better on pictures than reality. Well built propriety, great breakfast and well maintained swimming pool. Management should pay more detailed attention on the cleanness of rooms.

Staff was great. We stayed in a pet room which was around back, property was in disarray outside, very unkempt. Inside the room, bathroom had an active water leak in toilet, black mold surrounding bathroom trim. Outside in parking lot when we got there a lady was passed out in her car with the door open in her pajamas. Not sure if she overdosed or what. Obviously the back side rooms are rented out as apartments

You can’t beat the cleanliness and the comfort. My only issue is waking up in a dark room due to the design of the room which places the window to the balcony where you are able to open to bring in the sunlight. Because of that i would not use the video.

Odd but comfortable and friendly place.

Hotel has an indoor pool and most of the public spaces smell of chlorine. The room was comfortable. The TV gets its signal from a wifi router, and if the router is down no programming. Staff is friendly, good restaurants nearby.

It is a convenient place to stay as we were taking metro from New Haven to grand central station. The place is very dated, can use a complete spruce-up, from the carpeting in the halls and rooms to the bathroom fixtures. Bed was not comfortable. This is just constructive criticism. Breakfast was ok, staff was ok.

The reception staff was very pleasant. She is the only positive thing at this hotel. The parking lot is horrible, poor lighting and very limited spaces for hotel guests. The building and rooms are very dated. The place has a cheap motel feel. The pool looked murky and not sanitary to get in. We actually didn't even stay the night. We checked out after the event we were attending in the area and took the 2 hour long drive back home.

The room was nicely quiet. The breakfast was very good and the woman running it excellent. However, the women checking me in was not good. Never smiled. Never said welcome. Never offered to go over the wifi. Never told me no password needed. Never said enjoy your stay. Ive stayed in many hotels and never ran across someone so unsuited for the job. I used to work front desk at a Holiday Inn and would have been fired for treating the guests this way.

The Reservation Desk staff were inefficient and seem to need more training. The towels in the room are ridiculously small and inadequate for showering. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was fine and the area well-maintained.

Terrible experience. Booked a king with balcony through Expedia & was given a double unless I paid the extra $40. Very outdated decor. Rooms also smell outdated.

The 1st room we checked in had someone already staying there, the bedding was not clean and seems someone already just used. There is trash on the desk and nightstand. The hairdryer is broken.
